‘Help The Orphans’ -Young J.J. Roberts United Students Dubbed: ‘Love World Girls’ Identify With Orphanage Home

Seven female teenage students of the 9th Grade Class, of the Joseph Jenkins Roberts United Methodist School located on 12th Street in Sinkor, on March 15th, during the 214th Birth Anniversary Celebration of Liberia’s first President, Joseph Jenkins Roberts, identified with the Mother Victoria Orphanage Home in New Matadi, Sinkor; by donating several foods, non-food items as well as copybooks and other school materials to the orphans of that institution.

CEMESP holds Elections and Conflict Sensitive Reporting for Liberian Journalists

The Center for Media Studies and Peacebuilding has concluded a three-day training of Community Radio journalists in Gompa City, Nimba County on how they can effectively cover and report   elections in a conflict sensitive manner. The intervention as a preparedness plan for the pending elections is in line with the  Liberia Media Activity Project supported by USAID through Internews.
