We are still concerned!!

We are still concerned about the multiplying cases of motor accidents, particularly in Monrovia and other parts of the country.
Most of these accidents have been largely attributed to excessive speed. These incessant motor accidents had and continue to claim more precious lives, with the vehicles involved in these accidents in most cases damaged beyond repair.
The Liberia National Police (LNP), mainly the Traffic Division, has been carrying out numerous awareness messages for drivers to drive with care and avoid excessive speed when commuting from one place to another.
But these messages continue to be ignored by some drivers, thereby intensifying the motor accident cases in the country.
Against this backdrop, we are urging all drivers throughout the country to abide by the police awareness messages by driving with care and stop excessive speed when commuting from one place to another.
By doing so, we believe, the multiplying motor accidents in the country would be minimized and lives would be saved.
It is our ardent hope that these awareness messages would be heeded by all drivers for their own protection.
