Former US Ambassador to Liberia, Linda Thomas Greenfield, has extolled President Joseph Nyuma Boakai for endorsing the establishment of a War and Economic Crimes Court in Liberia.

Madam Greenfield said: ‘‘The decision will promote human rights in the Country and end the culture of impunity.”
