The Secretariat of the West African Examinations Council (WAEC) has observed with grave concern, the proliferation of what is believed to be questions and answers on the ongoing WASSCE for School Candidates, 2023, on various social media, specifically Facebook & WhatsApp platforms and has taken due cognizance of such unwarranted and unwholesome acts on the part of some unscrupulous individuals who are bent on bringing the Council to public disrepute.

Ministers from around the world are gathered just a stone’s throw from the site of King Charles’ coronation in Westminster, at the Education World Forum (EWF). Representing Liberia is Prof. D. Ansu Sonii, Liberia’s Minister of Education. But there will be no pageantry. This global ministerial gathering has the sober task of debating the future of education.
It was a tearing moment of excitement during the end of 2022 when both school-going children and other elderly citizens of Nyetianbo Wossetoken in River Gee County witnessed the turning over of a six-classroom building donated and constructed by CHICO-Liberia aimed at enhancing the standard of learning in the area.
