NIMBA COUNTY, LIBERIA -The National Elections Commission (NEC) has declared Nimba County Electoral District #1 Representative Jeremiah K. Koung of the Movement for Democracy and Reconstruction (MDR) as winner of the Special Senatorial Election for the County (Nimba). Rep.
