In his letter dated November 19, 2020 and addressed to Chief Justice Korkpor, a copy of which is in possession of the Heritage, Mr. Singbe recalled that on May 6, 2020, Judge Willie directed the Assistant Clerk of Criminal Court “A”, Mr. Enoch W. Brooks, to issue a WRIT of SUBPOENA DECES TECUM, URGENT! on the Management of Lonestar GSM Company to appear before Criminal Court “A” on the 7th day of May A.D. 2020 at the precise hour of 12:00 P.M. The WRIT of SUBPOENA DECS TECUM, URGENT! Further requested the Management of Lonestar GSM to “PROVIDE DETAILED CALL LOG AND SIM CARD REGISTRATION, PHOTOS, ADDRESSES, CELL ID, IMEI TEXT MESSAGES AND LOCATION of THE SUBSCRIBERS of CELL NOS. 0886511308 AND 0886 510206 FROM JANUARY 1,2020 TO PRESENT.”
According to Senate Secretary Singbeh, Cell No. 0886511308 belongs to him. “Your Honor, it is important to note that at no time that I have had matter pending before Criminal Court “ A” or being under investigated by said Court for the period stated in the WRIT of SUBPOENA DECS TECUM, URGENT! that might have predicated the issuance of said Writ on the Management of Lonestar GSM Company to produce my Call Log and other information without my knowledge and consent coupled with presenting of said instruments by Judge Willie to one Hans Armstrong for publication in local dailies,” Senate Secretary Singbeh asserted in his letter.
He continued: “I have been also informed by an unimpeachable source that due to the unethical behavior of Judge Willie, my telephone and that of other government officials are being hacked on a daily basis in favor of one Hans Armstrong, a Syrian/Norwegian fugitive on INTERPOL Red Alert and self-acclaimed British national who is wanted by Norway for crimes allegedly committed against children in that country.” “In view of the foregoing, Your Honor, I wish that you will take cognizant of the unethical behavior of Judge Willie who has brought untold embarrassment not only to me, but other officials of government in high places who by virtue of my position, discuses on a daily basis, matters of importance relative to the governance of the Republic and state security, especially through telephone conversations and text messages emanating from the Office of the Secretary of the Liberian Senate to some members in the Executive and Judiciary Branches of our Government,” he added in his letter to the chief justice, which he attached the WRIT of SUBPOENA DECES TECUM, URGENT!.
