The outgoing Government of Liberia(GoL) headed by  President George Manneh  Weah, via the Ministry of Information, Cultural Affairs and Tourism(MICAT) has issued a 'PERMIT' to Con-Star (Henry Costa) to operate a "RADIO STATION" named and styled as "PHOENIX FM" or " PHOENIX MEDIA, INC", in Montserrado County as indicated in this letter attached from January 5, 2024 to December 31, 2024.
